The 4th-generation DermLite Dermatoscope has been designed from the ground up to be more refined in every detail. A smooth, ergonomically optimised all-aluminium design, DermLite DL4 provides versatility, large optics and instant on/off control.

The DermLite DL3N contains refined optics and improved visualization of both pigmented and vascular structures. Precision-engineered and crafted from recyclable aluminum, it features a 25 mm four-element lens, 28 high-powered LEDs and PigmentBoost illumination. For optimum ease of use, a quick tap on its power button instantly toggles between polarization modes, while the optional PigmentBoost mode produces a warmer illumination reminiscent of conventional dermatoscopes.

With an ergonomic, easy-to-clean stainless steel body, the DL200 Hybrid adopts the optical system from the DL2 Hybrid and integrates an innovative, super-quick, retractable spacer mechanism with precise focusing. It also offers IceCap (infection control caps) compatibility, an increased battery life and integrated MagnetiConnect smartphone connectivity. The DL200 Hybrid also combines polarised and non-polarised lighting to allow visualisation of pigment and vascular structures with or without immersion fluids.

The DermLite Carbon provides instant toggle control over lesion visualisation, from the superficial structures to deeper pigmentation, by activating two groups of LEDs, each with distinct polarisation. The first group of 8 LEDs produces cross-polarised light ideal for visualising deep structures, whereas the second set of 8 LEDs is linearly polarised, creating a clear rendition of the skin surface.

Oil-free dermoscopy, incorporating eight bright-white LEDs, 10x magnification and advanced cross-polarisation, to aid the early detection of melanoma by enhancing visualisation of pigmented skin lesions.

The Psor-COMB is a powerful light source that emits a special quality of light, providing active UV energy direct to lesions on the scalp, while its toothed plastic housing means that high UV energy is always supplied at an optimal treatment distance. The patient initiates and maintains therapy by combing the scalp against the growth of hair. Moistening of the scalp is recommended as wet skin absorbs more UV light

The N-Line t is for UVA or narrow band UVB treatment of the hands and/or feet, or by slight adjustment for the whole legs

The N-LINE Pro is a full-body cabinet with a novel oval shape, adapting to the outline of the human body and thus enhancing even irradiation distances and optimal distribution of UV light. It is equipped with either 40 PUVA tubes, 20 PUVA and 20 Narrow Band UVB tubes as a Combination, or 40 Narrow Band UVB (311 nm) tubes. It has an innovative dosing system with four special overhead UV sensors (allowing optimal treatment of the tall or obese patient), a quiet ventilation system and modern touch screen. There are numerous patient safety features, including a security cover in front of the tubes and an electric sensor that switches the cabinet off should the patient open the door.
