Nemolizumab (Nemluvio) (1)
Galderma

Nemolizumab (Nemluvio) (1)

Nemolizumab is a humanized monoclonal antibody of the IgG2 subclass that inhibits IL-31 signaling by binding selectively to IL-31RA. IL-31 is a neuroimmune cytokine that drives pruritus and inflammation, which are important pathophysiological components of atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis. IL-31 has an additional barrier dysfunction effect in atopic dermatitis, and epidermal differentiation and profibrotic effect in prurigo nodularis.

Galderma

Aktilite CL128 Lamp

The Aktilite CL128 lamp with light-emitting diodes (LEDs) is intended for use in photodynamic therapy in combination with Metvix (methyl aminolevulinate) cream 160mg/g. The LED array is placed in a rectangular pattern and is coupled to a matching array of lenses that produce a collimated red light beam. The lamp emits a light of high uniformity with a narrow spectrum at approximately 630nm, which can be adjusted by a control panel. The light dose used is 37 J/cm2 and is combined with Metvix cream. The dose is averaged over the treatment area. To be used with professional protective glasses and patient protective goggles

Soolantra
Galderma

Soolantra

Ivermectin is a member of the avermectin class. Avermectin has anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting lipopolysaccharide-induced production of inflammatory cytokines. Anti-inflammatory properties of cutaneous ivermectin have been observed in animal models of skin inflammation. Ivermectin also causes death of parasites, primarily through binding selectively and with high affinity to glutamate-gated chloride channels, which occur in invertebrate nerve and muscle cells. The mechanism of action of Soolantra in treating the inflammatory lesions of rosacea is not known but may be linked to anti-inflammatory effects of ivermectin as well as causing the death of Demodex mites that have been reported to be a factor in inflammation of the skin
