Renasys Y-Connector Negative Pressure Wound Therapy

Can be used to connect one or two wounds through two Renasys Soft Ports and/or Drains to a single pump.

Indications

A range of wound types including postoperative and dehisced wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic/neuropathic ulcers, traumatic wounds, skin flaps and grafts, venous insufficiency ulcers and explored fistulae

Contraindications

Necrotic tissue and eschar present, untreated osteomyelitis, malignancy in wound (except palliative care to enhance quality of life), exposed arteries, veins, nerves or organs, non-enteric and unexplored fistulas and exposed anastomotic site.
